Project and Process Management

For Creators: 「作品の構想はあるがどこから取り組んでいいかわからない」「取り組んでいるプロジェクトが複雑になってきた」…こういったプロジェクトでスケジュール・制作予算およびリソース管理・情報連携を担います。プロジェクト単位だけでなく、クリエイターの視点での情報整理、制作手順の組み立てのご相談にも応じます。

For Creators: “I have a concept for my work, but I don’t know how to make it.” or “The project I’m working on has become complicated.” ...At such times, We would be responsible for schedule, budget, resource management, and communication hub for these projects. Not only for each project, but also for consultation of overall optimization from the creator’s point of view we could be helpful.

For Project Owners: 前例が無く進め方がわからない未知のクリエイティブプロジェクトや、繊細なケアが必要な制作進行を得意としています。プロジェクト単位の案件の他、月単位の稼働で事業全体をサポートすることも可能です。

For Project Owners: Our forte is unprecedented creative projects that you do not know how to carry out, and that you have to give delicate care. In addition to project-based supports, we are also able to support the entire business on a monthly contract.

Consultation

For Creators: プロジェクトははじまりが肝心。クリエイター本人から直接問い合わせにくいことを、第三者マネジメントとしてやりとりの代理を承ります。スコープ／適切な報酬／スケジュールをクリアにして安心してプロジェクトに参画できるよう、スタートをサポートします。

For Creators: A good beginning makes a good end. We could be your management agent if you want to avoid to negotiate with your clients. We would support that you could participate in the project with peace of mind by clarifying each creator’s part including appropriate reward and schedule.

For Project Owners: クリエイティブプロジェクトは常にケースバイケースですが、事前にケアできるリスクもあります。「相見積りをとったが必要な項目が判断できない」「どんな制作会社やクリエイターに依頼したらいいかわからない」等のご相談に応じます。

For Project Owners: Even so almost creative projects are handled on a case-by-case basis, there are some risks that can be taken care of in advance. If you can’t determine what items on the estimate you need, or if you are unsure of what kind of production company or creator to assign, we could help.

単発のマネージャーとして、クリエイター／アーティストの代わりに連絡窓口役を引き受けます。クリエイターとしてのブランディングを守りながらフェアな取引ができるよう、クッション役が必要な時にご相談ください。

As your assistant, I would be a liaison of the creator or artist and owners. Please contact us when you need a negotiator for fair deal as protecting your branding as a creator.

“Tokkakari Counseling”

初期見積り時点で決裁するべきリスク・金額が大きく変わる変数を踏まえ、制作パートナーへの依頼の仕方をサポートをいたします。作品が完成したその先をイメージすることがポイントです。

We would supervise making the process of request to creative partners, taking into account that the variables can change or that the risk that should be decided initially. The most important thing is to imagine what will happen after the work is completed.

3ヶ月〜半年程度の短期プロジェクトにおいて、そのプロジェクトに参画するメンバーが短期間でチームになるためのワークショッププログラムをご提供します。

We offer a workshop program for short-term creative projects that allow the project members to build cooperative relationships in a short time.

Planning/
Creative Produce

For Creators: 実施プランの＋αアイディア提案や、作品の多メディア展開の企画〜実制作のプロデュースを行います。エンドクライアント様に対しての自主企画提案でも承ります。

For Creators: We could propose ideas for execution plans and multi-media development plans and actual production. We also deal with voluntary planning proposals for end clients.

For Project Owners: コンセプト立案具体的な実施プランやアウトプットの企画からご提案し、そのリリースまで実行します。内容に応じて最適なクリエイターをアサインしチームを組んでご提案いたします。

For Project Owners: We produce concept development, concrete implementation plans and execute them until their release. According to the plan, we would assign the most suitable creators to work as a team to make proposals.

デジタルとビジュアル表現に強い制作プロデューサー/PM。慶應義塾大学文学部卒。楽天、 AOI Pro.、博報堂への常駐、ラナエクストラクティブ（クリエイティブエージェンシー）を経て2021年より独立。メディアを横断したユーザー体験の設計力が強み。ナショナルクライアントのクライアントワークだけでなくアートイベント・興行の主催も。コンテンツ・映像・Web・イベント・エンタメなど幅広い領域でのプロジェクトプロデュースを行う。 PMAJ認定PMスペシャリスト。

I am a creative producer/PM and my forte is digital and visual expression. After working for Rakuten Ichiba, AOI Pro. (a major commercial production company), Hakuhodo (an advertisement agency), and Ranaextractive (a creative agency), I became independent in 2021 and produced projects in a wide range of fields including video, prints, web(SNS), events, and entertainment. My specialty is to design cross-media user experiences. In addition to client work for national clients, I also organize art and entertainment performances. I graduated from the Keio University Faculty of Letters.
