作り方をつくるプロジェクトは始まりだけでなく、進行の途中でも常に状況が変わります。私は初期段階の設計にとどまらず、走りながら課題や状況に応じて最適な進め方を再構築し、チームが迷わず動ける環境をつくります。企業の大規模案件から個人クリエイターとのコラボレーションまで、さまざまな現場で「作り方そのもの」を柔軟にデザインし、プロジェクトを実現可能な流れへと導いていきます。

Designing How We Create Every project has its own rhythm, and it often shifts along the way. We help shape not only the first steps but also the ongoing path—adjusting methods as situations change so the team can keep moving with clarity. Whether it’s a large-scale commission or a collaboration with an individual creator, my role is to co-design the way we work together, turning uncertainty into flow.

Project Driving

プロジェクトを前に進める計画ができても、日々の進行や調整でつまずくことは少なくありません。私は、プロジェクトチームの一員として加わり、PMやPMOのように全体を俯瞰しながら、タスクの進行、スケジュール管理、ステークホルダーとの調整を行います。「外部の相談役」ではなく「内部の推進役」として、プロジェクトが着実にゴールへ近づくよう伴走します。

Keeping Projects in Motion Ideas don’t move forward on their own—they need steady momentum. I join projects as part of the team, taking on responsibilities similar to a PM or PMO: keeping track of progress, balancing schedules, and helping the group stay aligned. Think of me less as an external consultant, and more as a teammate who makes sure the project keeps moving, step by step.

Creative Shaping

アイデアをかたちにするアイデアがあっても、それを人に伝わるかたちにするには、ディレクションと編集が欠かせません。私は、クリエイティブディレクション、企画立案、編集を通じて、抽象的なイメージを具体的なストーリーやアウトプットに落とし込みます。デザイナーやエンジニア、フォトグラファー、ビデオグラファーなど多様なクリエイターと連携し、必要に応じてプロダクションチームを組成。ブランドの世界観や体験を、確かなかたちへと仕上げていきます。

Turning Ideas into Tangible Form An idea comes alive when it takes shape in the real world. Through creative direction, planning, and editing, I translate abstract visions into stories, experiences, and concrete outputs. Sometimes that means bringing together designers, engineers, photographers, or videographers—forming a production team that can give an idea its full expression.

デジタルとビジュアル表現に強い制作プロデューサー/PM。慶應義塾大学文学部卒。楽天、 AOI Pro.、博報堂への常駐、ラナエクストラクティブ（クリエイティブエージェンシー）を経て2021年より独立。メディアを横断したユーザー体験の設計力が強み。ナショナルクライアントのクライアントワークだけでなくアートイベント・興行の主催も。コンテンツ・映像・Web・イベント・エンタメなど幅広い領域でのプロジェクトプロデュースを行う。 PMAJ認定PMスペシャリスト。

I am a creative producer/PM and my forte is digital and visual expression. After working for Rakuten Ichiba, AOI Pro. (a major commercial production company), Hakuhodo (an advertisement agency), and Ranaextractive (a creative agency), I became independent in 2021 and produced projects in a wide range of fields including video, prints, web(SNS), events, and entertainment. My specialty is to design cross-media user experiences. In addition to client work for national clients, I also organize art and entertainment performances. I graduated from the Keio University Faculty of Letters.
